League Format

This NYSA Member-exclusive singles league begins with a Group Stage, followed by a single-elimination Playoff Bracket.

During the Group Stage, players compete in 16-frame head-to-head matches against everyone in their group. Players are guaranteed at least 6 Group Stage matches (the final number depends on registration).

The top finishers from each group advance to the Main Playoff Bracket to compete for the League Championship. All other players may opt into the Consolation Bracket. Every player is guaranteed at least one Playoff Bracket match.

Players coordinate directly with one another to schedule their matches throughout the season.

NEW FOR FALL 2026

• Match Completion: Players must finish the Group Stage with no more than one unplayed match to remain eligible for the Playoff Bracket for which they qualify.

Eligibility

Any NYSA Member who is active on a Royal Palms league team can play in a Singles League.

Schedule

Players are responsible for coordinating match times directly with their opponents and completing each match by the applicable deadline. We encourage players to begin scheduling early and communicate regularly throughout the season.

Groups will be released by July 25.

League Timeline:

• July 25 - October 31: Group Stage

• November 21: Playoff Bracket: First Round

• December 12: Playoff Bracket: Round of 32

• January 2: Playoff Bracket: Round of 16

• January 23: Playoff Bracket: Quarterfinals

• February (TBD): Playoff Bracket: Semifinals / Finals

Please register only if you expect to have the flexibility to schedule and complete your matches within the required timeline.

Registration Policy

Registration is open to active NYSA members only and is non-refundable.

Players who register without an active NYSA membership will be removed from the league without a refund. Their registration fee may be transferred to a future NYSA tournament once their membership has been activated.
