Tournament Schedule:

Now through Feb 9: General sign-ups open for Singles Season. Spread the word at League night to your opponents! There are plans to have another Singles League in the Summer/Fall season that starts up in July; TWO Singles seasons each year!

Feb 9 - Feb 11: Competitors will be divided into 8 groups, utilizing Singles match results to spread top-ranked competitors across the groups and randomize the balance of competitors.

Feb 12 - Jun 2: During this 16-week Group Stage, competitors will schedule matches with each of their opponents in their group. The Top 6 finishers from each group will advance to a playoff bracket with 48 players. The Top 2 finishers from each group receiving a BYE to the Round of 32. Players not advancing to the Main bracket will have the opportunity to opt into a Consolation Bracket with a prize for the winner of that bracket!

Jun 3 - Jul 30: Round of 48-, 32-, and 16- matches. Similar to the Group stage, schedule matches with your opponents. Consolation Bracket will also be completed during this time.

July (Exact Date TBD): Top 8 competitors will compete on a Sunday, coordinated with Palms. Spectators welcome!

End of June/early July: Signups for a Summer/Fall Singles League to go out!

NOTES:

a) This is managed SEPARATELY from any Mini Knockout Tournaments.

b) There will be NO EXTENSION to the group stage. NYSA strongly recommends joining the discord server to aid in scheduling your matches.

c) DO NOT PROCRASTINATE. The number of competitors in each group will be dependent on how many people sign up for the season. You will have 11-12 matches to complete in the 16-week Group stage.

d) Match Format will be a 16-frame walking game with a color switch halfway. Further details will be shared in a separate email for those who sign up, but they will be consistent with how we've been running Singles.

This is a NYSA Member event and registration is non-refundable. Non-members who sign up will be removed without a refund, but their entry will be transferable to future NYSA Tournaments after they've signed up as members.
