Join us for a school-spirit focused team tournament. This tournament is open to 64 players, who will sign up as individuals. After registering, you’ll be asked to submit a form detailing your school affiliations - Do you cheer for the college in the town where you grew up? Where you went to school? Where your friends all went but they have a better football program so you cheer for them? You’ll then be placed on a team based on these rooting interests! 

Tournament Details

This is a 16-team tournament that will consist of pool play followed by single elimination playoff Main and Consolation brackets.

Each team is guaranteed three games during pool play. Each pool will consist of 4 teams and you will play each team in your pool in a single 16-frame game, with teams changing color after 4 frames. There’s no “I” in team so all 4 players will play in every game! Players 1 & 2 will play frames 1-8 and players 3 & 4 will play frames 9-16. Each player will be allowed a 4 disc warm up before their set of frames.

The top team from each pool will advance to the 4-team playoff. The second place team in each pool will advance to a 4-team playoff for consolation. Playoff matches will be a single 16-frame game, with teams changing color after 8 frames. Again, every player will play in every match! 

In the event that the tournament does not sell out, the format may change in order to maximize playing time for everyone. 

Prizing

Glory and ILSA points will be awarded to the top 8 teams.

There will also be a prize for the most spirited ‘school’! Bust out your team swag, practice your fight song, and show off your school pride. 

TL;DR Schedule Overview

• 12:00 PM: Doors Open. Check-in and then head to your tailgate! 
• 12:30 PM: Group Play Begins 
• 4:00 PM: Bracket Play Begins
• 6:00 PM: Awards 

Registration

The entry fee for the tournament is $25 per player 

Although ILSA-membership is required to earn state points, this tournament is open to everyone. Encourage your friends from college to play!

Note: Registration closes on October 29th so that the commission can create your teams.
