The Intermediate Knockout Division is ideal for new and experienced players looking for an opportunity to play competitively as an individual to grow their abilities and further develop strategy. Only players with an ELO of 1100 or below are eligible for this division.

Tournament Format

This is a NYSA Member-exclusive elimination singles tournament with a consolation bracket, meaning that all players are guaranteed at least two 16-frame matches. Winners of the first match advance to the main bracket, while losers move on to consolation. Any loss thereafter results in elimination. Players coordinate with each other to schedule matches.

Deadlines for Completion:

• October 10: Round 1

• October 24: Round 2

• November 7: Round 3

• November 21: Quarterfinals

• December 9: Semi-Finals

• December 27: Finals

Please only register for one or more Knockout division if you have flexible availability to schedule your matches within the required timeline.
